Volunteer opportunities may include:

• Event setup and breakdown

• Registration and welcome table

• Booth assistance

• Kids’ Zone support

• Activity coordination

• Hospitality and logistics

• Partner check-in support

All volunteers receive clear role descriptions and expectations to ensure a smooth and impactful experience.

Celebrate Life thrives because people choose to serve their community.

Life Zone Partners represent one of the seven key dimensions of community well-being:

Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Intellectual, Financial, Social, and Vocational

Partners may:

• Host a booth or resource table

• Offer demonstrations or mini-workshops (10–15 minutes)

• Provide consultations or screenings

• Facilitate interactive engagement

• Share services, programs, or educational resources

Celebrate Life is designed as a service-centered experience, not simply a marketplace. We prioritize partners who are committed to adding value to the community.

All partners complete a brief agreement outlining expectations, logistics, and collaborative standards.

Celebrate Life is intentionally free to attend.

To maintain accessibility while delivering meaningful impact, we rely on sponsors, in-kind contributors, and community supporters.

Ways to support include:

• Providing equipment (tents, tables, sound systems)

• Donating printing services or materials

• Contributing giveaways or raffle items

• Providing financial support

• Supporting the Kindness Kits initiative

Supporters are recognized in event materials and during the festival.
